Store information
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. Product colours can vary slightly between screens. We aim to keep descriptions, prices and stock accurate, but may correct genuine errors before accepting or fulfilling an order.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment. We may cancel and refund an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment isn’t authorised or fraud is reasonably suspected.
Delivery and returns
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, and delivery usually takes another 5–8 business days, Monday–Friday. Our Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Refunds pages form part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, interfere with store operation or use our content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
LT BOUTIQUE branding, original text, photographs and site content are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that can’t lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law.

We may update these terms when our store or legal obligations change. The current version published here applies from the date it is updated.
