Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver throughout Australia.
How much is shipping?
Regular shipping is $6.99. Express shipping is $18.99. Standard shipping is free when your order total is $100 or more.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday. Delivery then usually takes 5–8 business days, Monday–Friday. This means most orders arrive within approximately 6–10 business days from the date of purchase.
Where will my order be sent from?
We work with fulfilment partners who may send your order directly to you. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
How do I choose the right size?
Start with our Size Guide and check the fit notes on the product page. If you sit between sizes or are unsure, contact us before ordering and we’ll help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order is processed, but changes aren’t guaranteed once fulfilment has started.
How will I know my order has been sent?
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking information once your parcel is on its way. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to update.
Can I return something if it doesn’t suit me?
Yes. Eligible change-of-mind returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Please read our Returns & Refunds page before sending anything back.
Where do I send an approved return?
Approved returns should be sent to LT BOUTIQUE, PO Box 111, Freshwater QLD 4870, Australia. Please contact us before posting your return.
What if my item is faulty or not what I ordered?
Please contact us with your order number and clear photos. We’ll sort it out in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Are prices in Australian dollars?
Yes. All prices are shown in AUD unless clearly stated otherwise.
