You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
2. Change-of-Mind Returns & Conditions
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on returned items.
For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return label & postage costs for change-of-mind returns or size exchanges.
Excluded Items: Items marked Final Sale at checkout, along with anything worn, washed, or missing original tags, cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Return Shipping Costs: LT BOUTIQUE CO will cover reasonable trackable return postage costs or provide a replacement/full refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

2. Approval & Address: Once confirmed, our team will send return instructions and authorization.
3. Pack & Ship: Pack the item securely and send it by post using a trackable shipping service.

5. Refunds & Processing Timeframes
