Thank you for shopping with LT BOUTIQUE CO. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Order cut-off time is 8:00 PM AEST, Monday–Friday.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Standard shipping:
FREE : 5–8 business days

We currently deliver to addresses throughout Australia only.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. It can take up to 48 hours for the carrier's first scan to appear.

4. Address Changes & Cancellations
Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only, once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; please refer to our Refund Policy instead.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. If your order is lost in transit, we'll investigate and provide a resolution.
